夜にアラカルトで伺いました。
品数は多いです。どれも頼みたいものばかりで。
ピザやパスタも魅力的ですが、ピザについては手作り感がなく冷凍食品の印象を受けました。「食べたことがある冷凍商品」食材はほんとに美味しいですが、一工夫が無いため、そのままの料理です。カニの身にキャビアを乗せてバケットに置く、カプレーゼはトマトにチーズをかけるなど、自分でも作れるという印象です。料理に個性とインパクトがあったならまた来たいとおもいましたが、今のスタンスだとリピーターは少ないのではないかと思います。あと、シェフは一人で作ってるため、できるのがすごく遅いです。
