北九州市には名店が多い。
まず長崎県壱岐産の鮪赤身漬けに湯葉のソースのつまみで心を掴まれる。
自家製唐墨のかかった茶碗蒸しも最高です。
大分の鰻はやや歯応えが強めでした。
握り始めの烏賊。舎利は米酢しか使用していないとのことだがめちゃくちゃに旨いです。しっかりエッジも効いててボヤけない。
大将「江戸前鮨は他に任せます」と謙遜
喉黒の握りは今までで一番旨かったです。
一通り22,000円はコスパ良しと言えます。
