とにかく、アテがうまい！
一品一品細部まで設計されていて
ほら、日本酒欲しくなってきたでしょ？
いいんですよ？飲んでくれても。
という料理が次々流れ出てくるお店でした。
BGMはないのに、BGMがかかっているかのような空気感のあるお店でした。
鮨は赤酢は使わず
タネとのバランスを整えたお寿司が
多かったように感じました。
んー、これはちょっと違うなーが
少ないお店で、ゆっくりまったり
美味しい時間をのんびり味わうお店でした。
付け合わせのきゅうりは
天ずしからの名残なのでしょうか？
途中、箸休めとしていただくと
口の中に爽快感が広がって
心地よい気持ちになりながら
また、酒が飲めます。
鮨も美味しかったんですが
チャレンジングなメニュー
(特にハモと松茸とかホタケに栗とか)
イタリアンのカルチャーを感じる創作割烹な料理を
変化球でいただけるので
鮨に行く前のテンションが
かなり高めの店だと思いました。
