幻の初投稿店。手元の写真を見ると、初訪問は2016/7になっている。当店のオープンがいつかは分からないが、少なくとも当時食べログ初投稿は狙えたんだなぁと後悔。ただ、当時はとにかく忙しくて、小倉で軽く飲み食いしてタクシー帰り、翌日もタクシーで早出なんて日々が続いていたから、食べログやるヒマなんてなかったのだ。
そこから数年開いて、2度目訪問。今回も、たまにある夜遅～くまでの仕事の帰りに訪問。同僚と「焼肉食いて～！」と叫びつつ(嘘)モノレール通りを闊歩しながら10時以降入店可の店をスマホの食べログアプリで調べたら、当店が引っ掛かった。なんと深夜3時まで営業だった。こりゃ助かる。
当時と変わらず……多少メニューは変わった気はするし、以前はなかったと記憶している寿司を猛プッシュしていたが、こっちは歳取ってあまり夜は米食わなくなったので、肉一筋に注文。「笹身」こと、僕の大好物の部位である「フランク」があったのは嬉しい。
肉は、アッサリめながら揉みダレも使われており、「ちゃんと焼肉屋」になっているのが嬉しい。1切れ売りの皿もあるので、僕のように2人でなく1人での訪問でも存分に楽しめそう。もちろん、ガッツリ同じ種類の肉を何枚も食べたい人にはコスパは悪くなるが、そういう主旨なら普通の焼肉屋に行ったほうがいいしね。
ちなみに初回訪問時、頼んでないメニューが運ばれてきて、「他の席の注文が間違って来てない？そのお客さんに迷惑掛かるら探してください」と申告したけど、どうやら本当に間違って作ったもののようだった。「だったらお金払うんで引き取りますよ」と告げると、美人の店員さんがウインクして「サービス！」と言ってくれたのが強烈に印象に残っている。
当時の店員さんは、残念ながら見かけなかったけれど、すごく印象に残ったね。
