平和通り駅でありバス停でもあるその近くにある焼肉屋さんに訪れました。ここの焼肉屋さんは全てカウンターで横並び、まさに感染拡大防止対策バッチリな衛生管理って感じで安心できるし、一人で焼肉できる場所って感じもあるからこれもまた安心です。
そこで今回は、牛タン&カルビ定食の200gを注文しました。
焼肉屋だから定食でも自分で焼いていただくのが美味しいポイントです。店で焼いて出す焼肉屋ありますけど、焼肉屋だから自分で焼肉いただく楽しさがいいです。ここの店は備長炭を使ってるから自分の好みでよく焼いていただきました。
タンは、ちゃんと塩胡椒で味付けしてますし、塩といったらレモン、焼き上がったタンにレモンを絞りかけていただいたら、タンはタレよりレモンが効いた塩胡椒がいいと感じて美味しいです。
カルビは、何かレバーの味があるからカルビを食べてるのかレバーを食べてるのかわからないと思う位のう～んでした。
現在、3回目の緊急事態宣言を行っている福岡県ですが、いつ新型コロナ、英変異、印変異などのウイルスが終息するかわからないですけど、落ち着いたら肉寿司が気になってるので、今度は是非いただきたいですし、もちろん焼肉もいただきます。
