緊急事態宣言前ですが、連れとランチに行って来ました。
店長が修行した「筑豊ラーメン山小屋」の味を進化させた、豚骨ラーメンのお店です♪
場所は黄金１丁目、黄金市場東側出入口を出て左手。
奥行きの有る広い店内は、カウンター１３席と座敷が３卓有ります。
メインメニュ～は【みちくさラーメン】、他にも定食や限定メニュ～の貼り紙が有ります。

具は、チャーシュー・もやし・キクラゲ・ネギ。
麺は細麺、薄めのチャーシューは塩味の効いたしっかりした味♪
スープはクリアでスッキリした豚骨醤油、醤油感がやや強く微かに香る豚骨臭も良い感じ。
とがった所が無くここならではのインパクトは有りませんが、全体的にバランスが良く美味しいです♪

香ばしく、塩味も丁度良い濃いめの味付け♪
連れは「濃ゆい」と言ってましたが、濃い味好きの僕には丁度良く美味しいです♪
・【肉餃子５コ ３００円】
餡は薄味ですが肉汁タップリで、餃子のタレを付けると丁度良い味♪
皮もモチモチで美味しいです♪
昔は本店まで食べに行ってた【山小屋ラーメン】
チャーシューの量が減ったり、店舗によって湯切りが悪く味が違ったりで行かなくなったので「進化」の部分は分かりませんが、美味しいラーメンでした…(笑)
お店は今年で４年目。
ラーメン以外にも【串カツ定食 ８２０円】や【アジフライ定食 ７５０円】等、定食メニュ～も充実しています♪
