Well, actually, it happened suddenly for the first time in my life! Steak was here. Hmm, if it's less than 10%, it's okay, but if it's 20% different, I was worried, but I thought it would be a waste if the offcuts were discarded even if it was 200, so I felt like I was falling into the store's strategy. Meanwhile, I ordered 240g rare. The iron plate was hot so I was concerned that it was overcooked for rare, but the taste was not bad. The sauce was a bit salty and seemed to go well with beer rather than wine, but I didn't go back because of my impressions that it was just a bummer. However, now that I think about it, compared to Steak that came later, the quality of the meat and the way it was cooked was really good. I received a Niku Mileage Card, which is now obsolete, and it is also very sturdy and strong enough to not easily bend. The format was solid.
