開店前に着き座っていると予約ありますか？と
ひゃ〜そんなお店にぶらりきてすいません！って感じでいうと
ギリギリ行けますってな感じで入れてもらえてありがとうございます。
開店と同時に入店し、スムーズに季節もの「お茶と桜と...」とコーヒーをオーダー。
丁寧に作られ、15分ほど。
到着したのはいちごの赤が鮮やかなパフェ。
あまおう苺に緑茶、ほうじ茶、玄米茶、桜のコンビネーション。
桜あんに栗とほうじ茶ムース、嬉野緑茶のガトーショコラ、
嬉野茶と桜のマーブルアイス、カルダモンと玄米茶のジュレ。
濃厚なお茶、春を想起させる桜あん、
甘酸っぱい苺、和風な味わいが織りなす味わいにノックアウトです。
春の日本庭園をイメージし、しっかり具現化した素晴らしいパフェ。
