餃子のたっちゃん 銀天街店でランチ。
店頭メニュー見ると、1K前後で魅力的な品が並ぶ。
半オープンスペースの店内、従業員も元気一杯。
以下を注文。
牛カルビと餃子定食
牛カルビは玉ねぎと合わせ、濃い目の焼肉風タレで炒めてる。
横にはコチュジャンが添えられる。
から揚げと餃子定食
から揚げは腿肉使用、平たい仕上がり、下味はしっかり。
薄皮で小ぶりな餃子はにんにくなしタイプ。
餡のバランスも良い、ライスを減らせばもう2皿は喰えそうな感じ。
餃子5皿まで同一料金メニューもあり。
私はパスしましたが、ライス、味噌汁、高菜、生卵はお代わり無料。
物価高のこのご時世、生卵がお代わり可とは凄い。
