この日は、ふらっと「Gill &co」さんへ。
◇外観と内観
このお店の前を通る事が多くなった最近。
いつも気になっていました。
一体、何屋なのかと。
外観については、樽が目を惹くなと。
店内は、立ち飲み屋さん的な構造になっていますが、明るく、そしてワイガヤ感あり、利用しやすい感じの雰囲気です。

角打ち用のスタンディング席が手前にあり、奥にはテーブル席が広がってます！
◇メニュー構成
焼鳥がメインのようです！
その他にも、アテに最適な小鉢系、一品、アラカルト等々。
というか、メニューが良いですね^ ^
卓上をイメージしやすくて。
オーダーしたのは以下の通りです。
・焼鳥
→豚バラ、鶏皮（150円）、レバー（170円）、ぼんじり、ハツ（180円）、せせりのしそ巻き（200円）、和牛サガリ（300円）等々をオーダー。
一本当たりの単価としては、やや高めな設定。
しかし、どれもしっかりとしていて、焼き加減もそれぞれで異なり、きちんとした仕事をしてくれます(^-^)
そして、塩やタレ等の王道タイプもあれば、創作系かと思うような串もあり、楽しめる方も多いかと。
この日のベストは、かしわ×金山寺わさびが美味しかったです！！！
◆ストロングポイント
しっかりと旨い焼鳥。
そして、100生ビール。
オートメーションされたビールサーバーが注いでくれますが、可愛いです。笑
後は、雰囲気も良いかなと。
◆接客
ここが伸びれば、間違いなく良くなると思います！
という事で、私が物足りなかったのは、ここらへんですかね。苦笑
もし、接客が良ければ私の0次会は1年固定になりそうな予感が…
◆まとめ
立ち飲みとしても利用でき、居酒屋としても利用できますから、利用幅は広め。
価格設定もメリハリがきいており、美味しい焼鳥はややアップで、それ以外はリーズナブルなところ。
雰囲気も良くて、他のお客さん同士でも会話が生まれそうな感じ。
また間を空けて行きます！
