おでんの大根はめっちゃ大きいのに味が染みて美味しかったです。最後の方は冷めてしまったので、冷めないような器にするなど工夫すればもっと良くなると思う。
玉子は硬いので半熟でおでんに出来れば良いと思いました。(煮込んだら半熟にはならないか)
中華そばの麺の煮る時間が少ないのか、パサパサで腰がなかった。
博多とんこつラーメンの様に麺をさっと茹でている様な気がします。
チャーシューもパサパサです。
〆のらーめんがしまらなかったので多少不満が残りました。
