I have the impression that iron Gyoza / Dumpling is a specialty of Kitakyushu, but where did it originate? I entered the store without much research. This is 30-Pen Yokocho near the station. There are a lot of things in there, like Shin Shin-san and Kushikatsu Tanaka-san. Although it was daytime, there were quite a few people. And this Gyoza / Dumpling. Don't do it! Is delicious. Meat sashimi is cooked at a low temperature, so it is not completely sashimi. The heart, tongue, and senmai came with sesame oil, but I also received grated ginger and ginger soy sauce.
