This shop is located on the 1st floor of JR Kokura Station, in a corner of Gojyu-yokocho from the station. On a Friday night after a sudden outing, I wandered around the station building and found an empty seat. It seems like a restaurant that specializes in Gyoza / Dumpling...but it's a little too oily for me, so I shared it with a friend while gulping down some oolong tea. The sea bream fin was crispy because it was grilled well. The three types of Dim sum sum (meat dumplings, shrimp Gyoza / Dumpling, and Xiaolongbao) took a while to steam, but it was delicious. Because of the noisy atmosphere, I was able to get drunk without having to drink alcohol, and I happily headed home. It's located right on the JR train, so it was the perfect place to meet up with friends coming from far away.
