気になっていたこちらのお店。
カウンターも空いてるのでちょっとお邪魔。
勿論豚ステーキ。300gくらいは余裕でイケると思ったのでMAXの300g。
以前も書きましたが、豚の体脂肪率は14%〜18%。太っていないのに豚に豚というのは失礼だというややこしい事になるんです。
程なくサーブされた豚ステーキ。鉄板あつあつでブーブー、いやジュージュー言いながら出てきます。
自分の知ってる豚テキとはちょっと違う。
軽く塩コショウでレアに焼かれた豚肉。一口大にカットされてるので箸でいけます。
薬味が5種。
シンプルに塩でも美味しい。
ソースにつけてわさび、からし。
味噌も良い。
ニギラもクセ強めで肉の良さが増します。
これは確かにご飯バクバクいけます。
豚肉をモリッと食えるお店ですね。
