以下料理の簡単考察です↓
●串カツ
普通以上の美味しさはあります。
牛カツで、120円は高コスパ☆さすがオススメ
紅ショウガは、大きすぎてソース容器に入りません 笑
カマンベールはお塩ですね~！
●どて煮
丁寧に串刺しされた牛もつ・アキレスの味噌煮込み。
トロットロで濃厚などて煮には、一味ですね~！
●とろレバ刺し
いわゆる低温調理タイプのやつですが、生に近いかな...
ネギの辛みが強いので、レバーの旨味にやや影響！？個人的には青ネギor別皿が有り難いm(__)m
