城野にある、業務スーパーでおなじみ神戸物産のビュッフェ。北九州初出展で主にTVで大々的に宣伝してさぁオープン！ってときに新型コロナが出てきてかなりあおり喰らったんじゃないかな。僕も初日に行く予定だったけどのびのびになっちゃった。
今回は韓国料理フェア。韓国料理はもちろん好きだが神戸物産の韓国素材にはあまり食指動かないので適当にツマむ。ハンバーグはデミソースがちょっとチープ、チャーハンは冷凍を温めたかと思いきや普通に調理しているのかな？味ムラがあって冷凍のほうがよかったかも。こっちのほうが安いのかもしれないが。
カレーは無難にいける。スパゲッティは作り置きなので麺はともかく味はいける。メインディッシュというふれこみのチキンステーキ？は夜早々の訪問だったのだがすでに売り切れ……。
食後のデザートも楽しみにしていたのだが、あら業務スーパーだわって感じのラインナップであまり食指動かず。プリンだけ取ったんだけどこれがなんかしつこい甘さで、どうやらカラメルのかわりにメイプルシロップ使っているのかな？相性イマイチに思ったけどこっちのほうがコスト安いのだろうか。
ま、TVで見たきらびやかな内容とはまったく異なり、内装含めて安くて手軽なビュッフェですわ。ある意味神戸物産らしさの体現。
