A popular Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant in Kokura. When I tried to make reservation on the day, it was full twice and I was finally able to go the third time. It's a nice restaurant where the young owner takes his cooking seriously. Of course, the grilled food is delicious! It's a bit pricey, but you can't go wrong with it. He carefully handles each skewer of roasted food. It comes out perfectly cooked. ``Tsuruga Tofu Deep Fried'' We use local Tsuruga Tofu's soft tofu.The tofu inside is fluffy and the outside is crispy. It's served with a sweet dashi soup, but it's so delicious that you might want to come just to eat it. I decided to visit three yakitori Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) when I went to Kokura, so I wasn't able to eat a lot of food, but I was very satisfied.
