肉うどん（小盛）750円
暖簾を潜り入店するとカウンター席が4席のみ。キャパ小っちゃと思ったけど左隣の部屋から空の丼を持った客が2人。ごっそさんって帰ったから隣にも飲食エリアがあるんだと思われる。帰りに確かめようと思ってたけど完全に忘れてて記憶障害モード炸裂。
肉うどん。麺が美味いな。ドキドキあるあるの柔麺じゃなくてコシのある麺。柔いのが好みの人はその旨申し出れば柔くしてくれるみたい。スープはブラックではなく薄茶色。優しい系かと思ったけど出汁が強っ！肉は頬肉が適量。
大将と少し話たけど麺を打つのがしんどくて堪まんないらしい。毎晩2時に起きて打ち始めるんだと。眼前に切断前の寝かした塊が4個置いてあったけど（写真アリ）1塊が20杯分らしい。
大畠に名店アリ！って大畠って最近まで「オオハタ」って読んでた。オオバタケなのね。
