独りで北九州市役所を訪れたので、徒歩圏内にある
L'ami(ラミ)を初訪問。
ショーケースの具材を2種類選べるカスクルートの
ランチ(単品600円)を頂きました。
生ハム、メルゲーズ、鯖のリエット、自家製ツナ、
スモークサーモンと主役級の魅力的な具材ばかりで
悩ましかったのですが、鴨のリエットをチョイス。
赤きゃべつのマリネ、キャロットラペ、ウフマヨと
相手役も悩ましい。店員さんのアドバイスを参考に
ラタトゥイユを選択。ゴマパンを選びましたが、
他にもバゲット・フォカッチャも選べます。
カウンターに座り、待つこと10分弱。パンも具材も
想像よりボリュームのある、カスクルートが提供。
何より美味しそう。
半分にカットされていましたが、店員さんの案内に
従い、バーガー袋に包んで頂きました。
焼きたてのパンの表面に黒ゴマと白ゴマをたっぷり
まぶして、生地にゴマが練りこんで、香ばしい！
鴨のリエットとラタトゥイユも、優しい味わいで、
美味しかったです。
他の具材も気になるので、2つぐらい食べたい勢い
でしたが、少しずつ楽しみたいと思います。
