初訪は2022年5月
サンスカイホテル11階、焼肉食堂天空の紅だるまでランチ。
数年前、肉系レストラン閉店後は暫く空家でしたが
今年2月、ほぼ居抜き状態でオープンしたようです。
店内からの眺めは健在、当日席からは望玄荘や小倉市街が一望できる。
ランチメニューは3種で全て1000円、単品注文も可。
ミックスカルビ定食を注文。
味噌汁、キムチ、シンプルサラダが付き、ライスはセルフでお好きなだけ。
お肉はカルビ、ハラミ、豚ロース、鶏腿の盛り合わせで120ｇ位でしょうか。
シンプルサラダには塩昆布が乗り、ドレッシングはうまたれタイプ。
セルフのライスコーナーには米ぬかカレーと生玉子も設置。
粘度と辛さ控えめのシンプルカレー、レトルト感もなく中々いい感じ。
連れは玉子かけご飯を堪能。
カレーはお代わり可だが常識の範囲に留めましょう。（笑）
ちなみに玉子はお一人様1個まで。
お肉は癖もなく、お値段以上の内容。
タレはレモンと醤油ベースの2種、使わなかったが薬味も豊富。
この内容で税込み1000円は破格、原価率高そうだな。
こちらの店、ここ10年でバイキングレストラン含め3店目の入れ替わり。
今度は長続きして欲しいな、ごちそうさまでした。
