At our restaurant, you can enjoy Kokura's specialty ``Niku Udon'', which is a delicious sweet and spicy soup with beef tendon placed on top of udon noodles, as well as Kyushu and Fukuoka's famous udon |
Googleでは満点続出、点数が辛めな食べログでも、31件中の大半が5点満点か4点台後半という大人気店。レヴュアーが少なく過疎り気味な小倉食べログ界で、オープン早々これほどの人気を博すとはなにか秘密があるのだろうかと訪問してみた。
しっかり丁寧に炊かれた肉も、ダシもよくて。値段は高めだが、いわゆる値段の安いどきどきうどんのようにベースのダシ感はなく、炊いた肉とうま調で作った低コストの品とは違うので、真の意味での「コストパフォーマンス」は良好、値段に不満はない。
とはいうものの、食べログで31件もの口コミが集まったり、博多の高級店をよく紹介される人気インスタグラマーの方がわざわざ食べに来られたりとネットでバズった理由は謎だなー。
