At our restaurant, you can enjoy Kokura's specialty ``Niku Udon'', which is a delicious sweet and spicy soup with beef tendon placed on top of udon noodles, as well as Kyushu and Fukuoka's famous udon |

行ったのだわーよ。
だってこのお店が気になって仕方なかったのだわーよ。
で、肉うどん。北九州市は肉うどんも前からあって、その成り立ちもちょっとお聞きしたところ。
肉がすじ付きですね。柔らかに煮られていて生姜も香ります。目の前には刻み生姜も置かれてるので追いで入れるのもOKなんでしょう。
こちらの麺はコシのあるタイプで喉越しが良いです。
甘めに煮られているので汁も甘めです。
美味しいです。
こちらのメニューのカレーうどんも気になってます。
