最近中津口にオープンしたカレー屋さん。
黒毛和牛をじっくりコトコト煮込んだカレー屋。
カツカレーを注文。
黒毛和牛が形がなくなるまで煮込まれ、黒毛和牛の深みと旨味が凝縮。
玉ねぎの苦味と甘味があいまって、凄く美味しいカレー。
うどんといえば肉うどん
カレーといえばカツカレー派の俺がだが、
これは失敗した。
黒毛和牛がトロトロに煮込まれたカレー。
肉と肉が被ってしまった。
具がなくても楽しめるカレー。
いや、黒毛和牛という千両役者が、既にこのカレーを彩っている。
だから、具なしで十分。
むしろ具なしがいい。
隠れているが、隠し通せてない黒毛和牛の旨味が骨の髄まで染み渡る。
