チョット早めの夕食が食べたくてお店を探していると、
出来たばかりっぽいお店があったので入ってみることに。
昼休憩なしで16時でも入れるのは良いですね。
まずは蒸し料理からおまかせ5貫を注文
頼んですぐ、お通しとともにめっちゃ早く出てきたｗ
作り置きかな？
中身は野菜を肉で巻いて蒸した料理でした。
みょうが梅シソが美味しかったなぁ、他は普通。
お通しのピーナッツ＋枝豆は飲む人にはヨキヨキですね。
続いて雲仙ハムカツ、肉厚アジフライ、ポテサラを注文
ポテサラは肉味噌が入っていてそれが美味しかったなぁ。
アジフライのタルタルは色がピンク？でしたが味は特徴なく。
ラストに名物であろう煙焼を注文、軍鶏にしました。
煙り焼きという聞きなれない料理に期待しましたが、
炭火の煙で炙った感じでしょうか？香りはよかったし、肉も美味しかったです。
炭好きにはたまりませんでした！
