見事な景色。高台から海を望む。
その窓際のカウンター席は、既に埋まっていた。
山側も広いテーブルにゆったりとしていて過ごしやすそう。
スペシャルメニューもありつつも、ビーフカレーを注文する。
美術館のカフェ、所々に美意識を感じる。
カレーの到着、サラダも付いている。
カレーのルーに比してごはんが控えめな感じ、これは逆のライスマネージメントが求められる。
大きなブロックの牛肉が3個入っていた。
この牛肉の柔らかいこと。
バターの風味が肉だけから感じられる。カレーからはそうした香りはしないため、牛肉の風味なのだろうと思う。脂身の部分と赤身のほぐれる部分。なんとも上等なカレー。
思った通り、ルーの多さに比してごはんが少なかった。
