A Michelin-starred restaurant, a long-established restaurant founded in the Showa era. Only omakase courses (reservations required) are available. 17,600 yen per person (5% service charge added) [Course contents] ◆ Steamed cod milt with fava beans inside and sea lettuce on top. Apparently, it takes about an hour to slowly fry the eggs in an omelet machine. Before I knew it, it was gone, but with the kindness of the owner, I received a refill♪ The ingredients were consistently fresh and extravagantly large. The course was packed with carefully selected seasonal ingredients. The owner is young, and seems to be the son of an Arita ware pottery, and the ware is mainly Arita ware. I think ceramics lovers will enjoy it. Dishes you would never imagine from the retro atmosphere of Red Noren. Furthermore, the Japanese sake is outstanding. There are many different types of sake bottles and choko, and you can even get a half cup so you'll be tipsy by the time you get home. It exceeded all expectations in a good way!
