屋台煮玉子ラーメン800円、替え玉100円、餃子セット300円

ダブルヘッダーの打合せ合間の昼飯は2度目の「まこと家」。前回は濃厚を頂いたので今回はあっさりを煮玉子をハリガネ発注。昼なので満席ですが回転が早いので直ぐのご案内。濃厚に比べて脂分が少ない分あっさりですが基本の豚骨はしっかりしてます。細ストレート麺のポキポキ食感も好き♥️デフォのTPはチャーシュー、ネギ、キクラゲ、ノリ。替え玉はバリカタで。タレを替え玉と同時にくれます。新型コロナウィルスの影響で北九州ラーメン王座決定戦は中止との事。
