本店同様に輸入食料品やワイン、イタリアン惣菜を販売していますが、店の中に八百屋さんや魚屋さんはありません♪
カポナータ、サンドイッチ、ハンバーグ、オリーブマリネを買いました☆
カポナータは揚げナスの甘酢煮で、ナスを一度オリーブ油で揚げ、オリーブ油で炒めたパプリカ、セロリ、トマトと合わせ白ワイン酢で煮た料理です♪
特に、ワイン好きな方におすすめなのがレバーのパテです☆
