魚介豚骨ラーメン 850円
玄竜って苅田で食ってかなりイメージのいいラーメン店。11時に来店すると既に駐車場の空きがギリ1台分。危ねっ！人気店になってるみたいね。
せっかくだからラーメンメニューをコンプしたろとジャンケンで負けた奴が魚介って事でジャンケンポン。負けた。約束は約束なんで自分が魚介担当。
魚介豚骨ラーメン。麺は極細でカタでの発注だったけどバリカタの方が良かったかな。スープは鰹節っぽいフレーヴァーを感じないでもないけどそこまで魚介は強くない。やや魚介って感じ。玄竜豚骨の方も味見したけど苅田で食った時とは少し違って旨味の整い方に欠けてる様な気がする。気のせいかも知れんけど。ともかく美味いよ。シャッター待ちする人達もいたし皆さん殆どの方が替玉を追加発注してて活気があった。チャーシューは質感や食感はいいけど味が付いてないと連れがボヤいてたのが腹が立った。
久留米感は苅田店よか当店の方が強いかな。
