静かな商店街の一角に、賑わいを見せる寿司竹。
16:00から開くのですが、16:30ですでに満席に。
いやはや、凄い。
そして驚いたのが、お寿司の特上コースが2500円。
福岡のお寿司のコースの1/10位の値段じゃん…！
お寿司は一貫ずつではなく、ドーンと8貫出てきます。
どれもネタが新しく、厚めでこれぞ江戸前寿司といった感じ。
鯖寿司、穴子、玉子を追加。
鯖寿司も〆た大きめの鯖が、すっきりした酸味で味わい深く美味しい♪
大好きな赤出汁と一緒にいただきました。
赤出汁はかなり濃いめでしたが、茆や、白身魚が入っていて出汁が効いてて美味しかった。
シャリは、甘めすっきりめの酢でした。
帰りに「お土産！」とパッと、ビニール袋を渡されました。(ト○ロのカンタが傘を渡すシーンのように)
何かなあと思っていると、食パンとみかんが入っていました。(笑)
お寿司屋さんのお土産でパンってなかなか面白い…。
とまぁこういう気持ち、が嬉しいですね！
コスパが良いだけではなく、おもてなしも素晴らしいです。
沢山のお客さんで溢れてるのも頷けます。
