バス停中央町二丁目を降り、八幡記念病院側へ向かって細道を入る。
右側に酒屋があるのでその反対側に飲食店街がある。( という表現はおかしいと思うが)
店内に入ると大きな水槽があり、
お店のおかあさんがとてもあたたかくいらっしゃいと出迎えてくれます。←こういう感じのお店ってホッとしますよね。
そこにはカウンター10席弱とテーブル5つほどある。
ここにきたらお好み焼きとオムレツを頼んでみてください！！
まず、オムレツ！オーダーして出来上がるまでとにかく早い。
ケチャップがかかっているだけのザシンプル。
ですが、箸で割った瞬間プルプルの半熟加減がすごいんです！！
ふわとろ！！
とにかくここのオムレツは個人的に一番ですね★
そして、お好み焼き！大きさは小さめなので人数にもよりますがミックスと他のお好み焼きを頼むとかがいいでしょう。
生地は山芋がはいっているようでふわふわです。
そして自家製のマヨネーズ！
市販のマヨネーズとのちがいは、ふんわりしている、マヨネーズ独特の油っこさがしつこくない、見た目はどちらかというとカスタードクリームをご想像ください。
ふわふわのお好み焼きとカスタードクリームのようなマヨネーズは絶妙ですので
是非お試しを。
最後にここのお店はご家族で営業されているみたいです。
おかみさんはおかあさんって感じで優しく、料理長のお父さんはおもしろく、鉄板技を披露してくれます
