今日は仕事の関係で北九州の八幡へ訪問しました！
少し飲んで帰ろうと現在地周辺で食べログサーチ！
レビューで気になったコチラのお店へ突撃します！
店内はカウンター、座敷と３０席程度の広さです！
高齢の夫婦と息子さんの３人で回してる様子かな？
メニューを眺め、鉄板焼き中心にコレを注文です！

ビールを飲み、目の前の手際良い調理を眺めつつ…
待つこと１０分もかからずに、山芋バターが到着！
輪切り山芋のタイプと思いきや山芋鉄板スタイル！
具材は山芋、ネギ、バターのみとシンプルな一品！
薄味は付いていますが、お好みで自家製のポン酢…
山芋のフワッと食感に、バター＆山芋の良い風味！
山芋好きにたまらない、優しい味わいの一品です！
お次は豚ヒレニンニク！脂身少なめで柔らか食感…
もちろん豚はニンニクスライスとの相性バツグン！
味付けは塩胡椒と醤油系かな？優しい感じが良き…
他の具はもやしとピーマンで野菜もちゃんと摂取！
最後の〆は…レビューで評判の良いお好み焼きを…
食べてみると超絶ふわふわ仕上がりで最高に旨い！
微塵切りキャベツのシャキッとした食感も残しつつ
小麦粉のつなぎが良い感じに具材をまとってます！
なんでこんなにトロッとした感じまで残るんだろ？
生焼け感は全く無いし小麦の風味も相性バツグン！
これは過去食べた中でも最高峰にふわふわで旨い！
豚肉の細切れが表面を埋めるほど乗っているので、
カリッと仕上げも対比的な食感で良いアクセント！
薄味のマヨネーズも、味わいにまろやかさを追加…
いやー！これは最高に美味しいお好み焼きだった！
ソースで炒めた麺を下にしたお好み焼きも旨そう…
