This restaurant just opened last month, and since it was recommended by a friend and I was nearby, I stopped by♪ To try the food from the land of passion! (LOL) We went during lunch time and decided to have a normal lunch, so we ordered a homemade Hamburg and chicken with caper sauce! The oven-roasted hamburger Hamburg was plump and juicy, and the sauce made it taste even better than we ate it. It seems like it's there, it doesn't seem like it's there. I see, there is something like this! My husband unusually exclaimed as he ate it! I tasted it, and I was like, ``I see!'' and I definitely want to eat it again. It tasted good´｡･3･｡`)ﾉ Is the chicken breast meat? Although it was supposed to be soft and bland, I was able to eat it without getting tired of it! It was delicious.The restaurant was run by a husband and wife team.The wife seemed to have a cheerful and refreshing personality like a flamenco dancer, and the husband seemed to be cooking, so I got the impression that he was shy!
