噂の肉紅生姜天うどん
３号線沿い前田の信号近くにあるうどん店。このあたりは豊前裏打会系の大和、資さんうどんもありうどん激戦区それぞれ個性があっていい感じ。
紅生姜好きにはたまらない紅生姜天が載ったうどんがあるとのことで訪問。肉紅生姜天うどんの食券を購入して着席。
まもなくサーブ、肉はたっぷり、まんまる紅生姜天がたまらない。
出汁はカツオの強くてうまい。このへんでは珍しい白ネギたっぷりと合う感じ。麺は手打ちで周りツルッと真ん中にコシのあるタイプ。紅生姜天はカリッとなるまで揚げてます。肉も臭みなくうまい。

久々の訪問。「ひじりうどん」というメニューが出来てました。
肉、わかめ、生卵に紅生姜天別盛り。
肉も臭みなく甘辛美味い。紅生姜天入れると汁に酸味がだいぶ出るので、途中味変で入れるのがいい感じ。
紅生姜ピリリと寒い時に温まります。
