ウエストの祭りメニューに付いてた紅生姜天、美味かったなぁ～
しかしウエストのうどん祭りは終了、紅生姜天はメニュー落ち。
食べれないと思うと、ますます欲求が湧いてくるのは人の性。（笑）
そう言えば、うどんマップで紅生姜天を出す店が紹介されてた気がする。
検索すると場所は八幡東区、今居る場所から近いやん。
てな事で移動、この店って3度目の入れ替えだと記憶する。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席、お冷はセルフ。
支払いは券売機、購入と同時に厨房に注文が行くようです。
肉紅天うどんといなりを注文。
要所要所に天かす設置、でも天ぷら注文したら普通は使わないよね。
うどんは透明感のある平たい細麺、意外や弾力もある。
微かに鰹香るマイルドな出汁。
最初は物足りないが食べ進む内に良い塩梅。
肉は出汁の邪魔にならぬ、控えめな味付け。
いなりとの相性もいい感じ。
紅生姜天は注文を受け揚げてるのでサクサク。
崩しながら丼に投入、紅生姜好きには最高の天ぷら。
11時に入店すると6割の客入り、人気店のようです。
