88Jr.との比較検証の為に当店でステーキ。当店推しはハンバーグなんだろけど迷わずステーキを発注。ステーキは単品なんでご飯・サラダ・スープは別途注文の事、各章のありのままの姿。ご飯を気合い入れて「大」で発注！
ステーキは生の状態で提供される。予め一口大にカットされててペレットにて好みの焼き加減に。いっぺんに網から全て降ろすと食べてる最中に鉄板で火が通りまくるんで注意が必要。肉質はとても柔らか。脂身も多く含まれててアブラカダブラな方々にオススメ。ご飯も美味かったわ。ただソースが2択でステーキ受け取り時に盃程度の円筒の容器にセルフで入れるってシステム。甘口とそうじゃないのあったから甘口じゃない方を選択したけどかなりシンプルな液体で何だかなぁって感じだった。結局、殆どの肉は88のブラックペッパーソースで食べてしまった。すまん88。
こんなもん比較もへったくれもないわな。価格もベクトルも違うし。
