実家の近くにあるラーメン屋さんですが、食べログやその他の賞をたくさん取っておられます。
昼の13時半くらいに行きましたが、7-8人並んでました(店が狭いのもあるけども)。
並んでいる間、換気扇から噴き出す豚骨の匂いでさらにお腹が空いてきます。
さぁ席について、チャーシュー麺が来ました。クリーミーな豚骨スープの匂いとコクがたまりません。にんにくと焦がしニンニクを入れると…さらにコクが強まって、最高です。
三ヶ森に来た際は是非に。
