30年以上前に食べていたもの
場所を変えていることは知っていましたが、久しぶりに行くことが叶いました。
その、30年前のことはもう覚えていません。
新たな気持ちで食べることになったのですが、美味しかったです。
ちゃんぽんというと基本的には豚骨系のスープなのですが、ここは違いますね。そんなにコッテリとはしていない、少し甘みを感じるスープです。見た目のボリュームに圧倒されがちですが、結構いけます。
で、何と言っても特徴的なチキンカツです。大きめでサクッとしていて、これまた旨いです。唐揚げではなくてカツ。いいですね。
店の作りは正直、気取ったところもないですし、サービスも至って普通という感じでしょうか。それは良くないという意味ではなく、気楽に行くことができるという意味です。
