この度は久しぶりに小倉の「鉄鍋餃子」さんにお伺いしました。
本店には5年ぶりの訪問となりました。
いつもは魚町店さんにお伺いしていましたが、何故か開いていませんでした。
写真は3人前と4人前の鉄なべ餃子の比較です。
やはり、4人前は迫力が有ります。
パリパリとした熱々の皮をふうふうしながらいただくのが、鉄なべ餃子の醍醐味ですね。
小倉名物、ごま鯖も美味しくいただきました。
