家から近くにあり、交差点といういい場所にあるんですが、近くに『うどん屋まさ』『満月』があるせいか、あまり食いには行かなかった店でした。
そういう店でしたが、ふと近くの立て看板を見ると…。
何と、3/11・12限定で『新作うどんお試しセール』との事。
・かけうどん 290円→100円
・きつねうどん 460円→200円
・ごぼう天うどん 550円→300円
・肉うどん 650円→400円
これは行かねば…というわけで、すぐに車を店の前の駐車場へと。
案の定、セール目当てで客は多かったですが、幸いカウンターに空きがありました。
セール中は、上記のうどんとおにぎり、いなりだけを提供との事。まあ、普段より多い客もこれ目当てだし、回転を早くするためには仕方ないかと。
今回注文したのはかけうどん（290円→100円）。新作お試しにかけうどんがあるんだから、麺が変わったんだろうと思うので、純粋に麺を味合わないといけませんから。
ちなみに、これからずっとこの麺になるのかは不明…というか、忙しそうなので聞きそびれました。
やってきたかけうどんですが、具はネギにカマボコが一枚。まあ、かけですから。
まずは麺を…えらく艶々でツルツルとして腰のあるやや細めの麺です。
見た目と食感からして、近くにある『満月』の麺に近いような…裏打会を意識してるんでしょうか。
これはぶっかけとかざるで食べてみないとわかりませんが、次回の課題ですね。
次に汁ですが…若干かえしが強く、舌に残る感じです。
他に具材が入ってるなら気にはならない程度でしょうか…今回はかけでしたし。
これからこの麺でいくのなら、自分の中ではかなりの優良店に格上げしてもいい感じですね。
次は麺の腰を確認するためにぶっかけかざるで。
