ここのごぼう天は、所謂細長い長方形に切ったごぼ天です。
ささがきでもなく、なんとか会のフリスビーごぼ天でもありません。
かなり分厚いので、ごぼう好きのためのごぼ天だと思います。
かく言う、自分もごぼ天好きなのでごぼうの風味丸ごとどんと来い！
なのですが、ごぼ天硬すぎじゃあないでしょうか？
以前、来た際にはごぼ天が角材に感じたほどでして、その次はなんとか頑張れば砕ける硬さ
そして、今回はごぼう硬くて、側の天ぷらが硬い
麺もスープも好みなのに、なぜにイチオシであろうごぼ天がこうも残念なのか
もう、ごぼ天以外のトッピングにするのがこの店の正解なのかな？
余談ですが、天かすも硬いです
