北九州市八幡西区黒崎。
アーケードを進んだ先の二階にあるお店です。
二階という条件もなんのその、
お店に入るとほぼ満席。
なんとか数席空いてたカウンター席に滑り込ませていただきました。
店員さんは、カウンターの向こうで
主に店内を仕切られていた女性１人に
焼きや接客などの男性３人。
常連さんが多いようで
店員さんとお客さんの会話も盛んでした。
わたくしは一人だし、初訪なので
カウンターの隅っこで
豚バラやかしら、砂ずりなど
気になる〜好きな串をパクパク
ビールやライムサワーをグビグビ・・・・・
今が旬の銀杏や、
変わり種の巾着（納豆が包まれてました）など
ひと通り食べてごちそうさま。
しかしこちらの地方の焼き鳥屋さんは
ししゃも串があることや、
焼き鳥の具の間にタマネギが挟んであるのが
いつ食べても面白い。
美味しい焼き鳥はお酒も進んで
気持ちも満たされます。
