出張先にて後輩と。
ふらっと探して飲むシリーズ2件目は「梵天」さん。
焼き鳥をちょうど食べたかったです。
店内は少く、横に長く入り組んだカウンター席。
たまたま手前が空いてすぐ入れましたが、常にほぼ満席の人気店。
焼き鳥の種類はとても豊富で片っ端から食べたい程でした。中でも臓物系の鮮度が良く、レバーやハツなどは特に美味しいと思いました。
店員さんが常に気にかけてくれて、常連さんばっかりかなとも思いましたが、他県の人間でも居心地良かったです。
串によって出る時間がまちまちなので、忘れた頃にやってくる串もありましたが、それもまたご愛嬌ということで。
