★数年前に訪問した時の情報です。
北九州市、黒崎駅近くの人気店『梵天』。
バラは薄くてカリカリで 全然ダメ。
でも 豚ニラ巻きと厚揚げのスライスは 酢味噌が
意外に合う♪
イカは小っちゃ！
皮はタレが強すぎ。
カルビは柔らか～♪ でも中年には脂がキツい。
シイタケは肉厚だけど、パサパサ感。
肝はタレの濃さを受け止められているのでオススメ♪
評判の豚足(300円)も ごく普通。
でも盛られた七味塩(ちょい山椒多め？)は美味しい♪
食べログで高評価とは言え、北九州市の情報だから
覚悟はしていたけど 、贔屓目に見ても平均レベル。
弱めの炭火で じっくり過ぎるほど 長く焼いているん
じゃないかな？
全体的に身が縮んでパサついている印象です。
価格が 少し安めなのは 救いでした。
