今日は仕事の関係で北九州の黒崎へ訪問しました！
お昼となりラーメンの気分…コチラのお店へ突撃！
店内はカウンター１１席のみと小規模な広さです！
メニューを眺めて…色々種類がありますがコレで！
◾️濃厚とんこつバリ旨玉子入り(790円)
麺はもちろん、好みのバリカタ仕上げでオーダー！
待つこと５分ほどでカウンターにラーメンが到着！
しっかりと豚骨が滲み出てそうな色合いのスープ！
まずはスープを…おぉ！豚骨の甘さと旨みが強い！
かと言って濃厚過ぎず＆薄すぎずでちょうど良い！
豚骨の優しい味わいと、美味しさを兼ね備えてる…
そこにニンニクのガツンと感がアクセント！旨い！
麺は細ストレート系で、カタメンのパツパツ食感！
チャーシュー、半熟煮玉子、キクラゲ、刻みネギ…
チャーシューは肉肉しさもあり、スープに負けず！
煮玉子のトロッとした黄身もスープとの相性良し！
しっかり豚骨の旨みを堪能できるラーメンでした！
次は違う種類を試してみようかな…ごちそうさま！
