昔みたく肉をライスオンして白米を頬張る事が憚られる身体になってしまいましたが、やはり時々は食べたくなるもので。笑
当店は金山川に沿うように伸びる交通量の多い道路に面したロードサイド店。決して目立つ外観では有りませんが地元から人気があるようで土日の昼でもお客さんが賑わってます。
店内はオーソドックスな雰囲気で、炭火スタイル、席数は中規模、注文はタッチパネル。
「熟成タン」(税込1,078円)
やはりタンから食べますが、少し前から流行りの熟成。
この場合はレアよりミディアムが定石のハズと、いつもよりしっかり目に焼き、レモンで頂きましたが普通に美味しい。
厚みも程々にフレッシュ感よりも、しっかり噛んで味わうタン。これはこれでアリ。
他方、別に肉も頂きましたが個人的にはタレが良い！自家製との事ですが、甘さと濃厚さが特徴でビチっと肉や白米に合う！
何なら白米とタレだけでもイケそうな雰囲気だし、他の料理にも応用できそうな予感。
このタレ…購入できるなら購入したかったな(°▽°)
