拉麺エルボー
昔、とっても美味しかった記憶があり、いつか行こうと思ったいたエルボー。
北九州に引っ越し、８か月経って、ようやく訪問。
福岡の野芥にラーメンげんこつがある。
げんこつに対してエルボー。
つまりは肘打ち。
それが店の名前の由来らしい。
トロッとした旨味溢れる豚骨スープに、細麺の歯触りが丁度いい。
昔と変わらない美味しいラーメン。
俺の昔の記憶は正しかった。
チャーシュー丼も美味しく、はい！優勝。
この美味しいラーメンになら、何度でも肘打ちされたい。
