This is the Migamori branch of Rokunoie, a popular chain restaurant in Kitakyushu. It's not a place I particularly like, but I dropped by to collect my collection. It was empty even though it was before noon, so I was surprised to see a "preparation in progress" sign. However, the staff were busy, so when I went in and asked "Are you open?" they said "Yes!". When I told them it was upside down, they hurriedly turned it over. Yes! What a good thing! I ordered extra green onions for the Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle), and the green onions were amazing. The taste was the usual Rokunoie quality. If you like other branches, you'll probably like this one too.
