地下のオーセンティックバー｢SCARLET｣を初訪問。
ジントニックを注文するとタンカレのジントニックが
提供されました。ボンベイサファイアが好みですが、
濃いめのジントニックで美味しかったです。
(許可を頂いて、フラッシュ無しでマナー撮影。)
チャームとして、オレンジピール、チョコレート、
アーモンド、大豆、グリーンピースの盛り合わせ。
オレンジピールを単品で食べるのは初めてでしたが、
これがまた美味。コーヒー味のチョコレートを一緒に
食べると、さらなる美味しさでした。
2杯目はモスコミュールを注文。銅製のマグカップに
自家製のジンジャーエールで作るモスコミュール。
期待通りの美味しさでした。
また訪れたい名店。ごちそうさまでした。
