黒崎の路地裏の肉屋経営の焼肉店。
上たん、骨つきかるび、はらみ1本焼、宮崎牛ステーキ、牛ホルモン、みの、赤焼肉を注文。
間も無く炭火が到着。
骨つきかるび、はらみ1本焼、赤焼肉はタレ漬け込み。タレはチェーン店の様な旨味が強くなくちょっと甘めで良い感じ。
上たんは長くスライスしたもので今までない食感。ホルモンはサクサクした歯応えで新鮮。宮崎牛ステーキは胡椒のみの味付けなので肉の味しっかり。
